Hey everyone, it’s your favorite karaoke enthusiast and social media manager, Shaun Taylor, here to tell you a bit more about myself and my journey with GT Entertainment.

First of all, let me just say that I absolutely love what I do. I get to combine my passion for music and entertainment with my love of social media, creating an online presence for GT Entertainment that really reflects our brand and our values.

But social media is just one part of my job. I’m also a backup host for our karaoke shows, which is a lot of fun.

It’s actually a bit of a funny story how I got into hosting – I had only sung one time before, but when one of our regular hosts couldn’t make it to a show, I stepped in and never looked back! Now, I love getting up on stage and singing my heart out with our guests.

My love for music and sound actually started way back in grade 9. I was tasked with making it possible to broadcast both video and sound for a citizenship ceremony that was being performed at my school. From that moment on, I was hooked. I started learning more about sound engineering and music, and before I knew it, I was working with GT Entertainment and making magic happen at our shows.

Nowadays, I’m a proud father of four amazing kids, which definitely keeps me on my toes. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. Working for GT Entertainment for over 8 years has been such a blessing, and I can’t imagine doing anything else.

When it comes to our shows, we take pride in providing the best possible experience for our guests. From our extensive music library to our top-notch equipment, we make sure that every show is an unforgettable one. And as for me, I’ll be there with a smile on my face, ready to help our guests feel at home and sing their hearts out.
