Hi there! My name is Doug Walsh, and I’m a retired entrepreneur who’s enjoying the next exciting chapter of life. I wear many hats that I’m incredibly proud of—family man, father, grandfather, and yes, even a great-grandfather! Family has always been at the heart of everything I do, and I truly believe in living life with joy, laughter, and connection.

One of my biggest passions these days is karaoke. It all started out as a fun hobby—just singing for the sheer joy of it. Over time, that hobby turned into something more meaningful. I started hosting karaoke parties at home with friends and family, and before long, it became a tradition we all looked forward to. There’s nothing quite like belting out a favorite tune with people you love, especially when the energy is high and everyone’s having a blast. I even brought the fun to my campground, where I hosted some unforgettable karaoke nights that drew big crowds and created even bigger smiles.

A couple of years ago, I started attending karaoke shows put on by GT Entertainment. Let me tell you—they are something special. The level of talent, the seamless production, and the welcoming vibe had me hooked from the start. I was honestly blown away by how professional and polished their shows were, and I found myself going back again and again, not just to sing, but to soak in the whole experience.

After spending time around the GT Entertainment crew and seeing firsthand how they bring people together through music and fun, I started thinking… why not take this passion of mine to the next level? Why not step up and become a karaoke host myself? With some encouragement (and a little nudge from the supportive folks at GT), I finally decided to go for it. I’m thrilled to share that I’ve officially joined the GT Entertainment family as a professional karaoke host!
Now, I get to do what I love while helping others have a great time. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming, and upbeat atmosphere where everyone—from seasoned singers to shy first-timers—feels comfortable grabbing the mic. Whether you’re here to wow the crowd or just want to cheer on your friends, I promise to bring energy, professionalism, and a whole lot of fun to every show.

This new journey means a lot to me, and I’m so grateful to GT Entertainment for giving me the opportunity. So if you’re ever at one of our karaoke nights, be sure to say hi!
