Jimmy Carbon is a north-side Edmonton karaoke host known for turning ordinary nights into something people actually remember. With over three years behind the mic at Duster’s Pub, Mona Lisa’s Pub, and Chimmy’s, he’s built a reputation for reading the room, keeping the energy alive, and making sure everyone—from first-timers to regulars—feels comfortable stepping up.

A father of three, Jimmy brings that same grounded, real-life perspective into everything he does. Outside the bar, he works full-time in construction as a renovation specialist, skilled in framing, drywall, taping, mudding, and painting. Whether he’s building homes or building a vibe, he takes pride in doing things right.

Musically, he’s all over the map in the best way—rock, country, rap—with a strong appreciation for artists like Red Hot Chili Peppers and anything that gets a crowd moving or singing loud. That range helps him connect with any room, no matter the crowd.

As a professional rapper under the name Jimmy Carbon, he brings sharp wordplay, raw storytelling, and natural stage presence into his hosting style. Quick on the mic, easy to talk to, and real with people—he’s not just running karaoke, he’s creating a space where everyone can have a good time and own their moment.
